Registration Process

Registration will be available only via the official Congress website. Your registration will be considered complete only after the registration fee has been paid.

All participants who require an entry visa must pay the registration fee in advance.

Please note: Full texts from participants who have not paid the registration fee by September 30th, 2025, will NOT be presented or published in the Congress proceedings book.

Registration Fees

• International Participants: 200.00 EUR
• National Delegates: 100.00 EUR
• Students (BA, MA/MSc, PhD): 75.00 EUR
  (The National Sports Academy ‘Vasil Levski’ will cover the participation fee for its students.)
• Accompanying Person: 75.00 EUR
  (Includes access to the Congress Opening Cocktail, Coffee breaks, and Gala dinner)

Included in the Congress Fee

• Admission to all scientific sessions, workshops, and symposiums
• Congress materials
• Coffee breaks
• Opening Cocktail for the Congress (Friday, 21.11.2025)
• Gala Dinner (Friday, 21.11.2025)
• Closing Cocktail after the Closing Ceremony (Saturday, 22.11.2025)

Additional Fees

• Registration Fee for Workshop or Symposium Only: 50.00 EUR
