Full-Text Submission Guidelines
Full texts are to be submitted only after the abstract has been approved.
Please follow the instructions for full-text submission, which will be sent by email. If payment from the first author is not received by October 10th, 2025, the full text will not be published in the proceedings.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to exclude any full text from publication in the Proceedings if significant scientific weaknesses are identified during the review process.

Language
All articles must be submitted in English.
Technical Requirements
Full texts should be written in Microsoft Word for Windows on A4 paper format, using Times New Roman font, size 12 pt, with 1.5 spacing and justified alignment. The page margins should be set to: Top – 2.5 cm, Bottom – 2.5 cm, Left – 2.5 cm, Right – 2.5 cm. Italics may be used for emphasis.
Do not number the pages or references in the reference list.
Length
The full text should be between 8 and 10 pages, including the title, author(s), tables, figures, and references.
Article Structure
Each full text should be organized as follows:
Title
– No more than 10 words.
– List each author’s full name (without degrees); connect the last author with “&”.
– If the author has an ORCID ID, include it in the information.
Abstract
The abstract must match the one submitted with the registration form. It should cover a brief overview, introduction, objective, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions. Avoid abbreviations, and limit the abstract to 2000 characters, including spaces.
Keywords
Choose up to five keywords that do not appear in the title and accurately represent the paper’s content.
Introduction
Present the problem, existing solutions, and the purpose of the study, highlighting its significance and originality.
Aim and Objectives
Explain the study’s focus and importance, including implications for future research.
Methods
Detail the sample, variables, procedures, and statistical analyses used. Follow international standards for units and symbols.
Results
Highlight key findings. Include only essential data, and use tables and figures for clarity.
Discussion
Interpret the results, compare them with the literature, and discuss practical implications.
Acknowledgments
Acknowledge sources of support and assistance, if any.
Contact Information
At the end of the document, provide full contact details for the corresponding author, including title, degree, position, phone number (with country and city codes), and email address.
Tables and Figures
– Place each table or figure within the text. Number tables in sequence and refer to them as “Table 1,” for example. Titles should appear above tables and below figures.
– Refer to every figure by its number, e.g., “As shown in Figure 1…”
References
Use APA style for all citations. Ensure accuracy and consistency. Examples of common source types are provided below.
The citation in the textshould be as follows:
The family of the author and year of publication. For example: (Adams, 2006) Cite the names of the families of the two authors of the publication and the year of publication. For example: (Adams, Brown, 2006)
For more than three authors, display only the name of the first author and year of publication. For example: (Adams et al., 2006)
The citations shown in the references list should be listed alphabetically at the end of the material. Do not number the references.
For books: Surname, Initials. (year). Title of Book, Publisher, Place of publication.
Example: Harrow, R. (2005). No Place to Hide, Simon & Schuster, New York, NY.
For journals: Surname, Initials. (year). Title of article, Journal Name, volume, number, pages. Example: Capizzi, M.T. & Ferguson, R. (2005). Loyalty trends for the twenty-first century, Journal of Consumer Marketing, Vol. 22 No. 2, pp. 72-80.
For articles in newspapers: Surname, Initials. (year). Article title, Newspaper, date, pages.
Example: Smith, A. (2008). Money for old rope, Daily News, 21 January, pp. 1, 3-4.
For electronic sources: If the source is available on the Internet, the full web address (URL) must indicate the end of the references and the date you used it. Surname, Initials. (year). Name of the article, available at URL address, (date of access) Example: Castle, B. (2005). Introduction to web services for remote portlets, available at: http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/library/ws-wsrp/ (accessed 12 November 2007).
Suppose you use an electronic source without indicating its authors and date. In that case, the URL should be included in brackets in the text or recommended to be designated as a note (with Roman numerals in square brackets along with text, followed by the full URL at the end of the document).
