Transparent Peer-Review Policy
The conference proceedings follow a transparent and structured peer-review procedure:
Initial Screening: Submitted manuscripts are checked by the editorial board for relevance to the aims and scope of the conference, completeness, formatting, and compliance with ethical requirements.
Double-Blind Peer Review: All eligible manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. The reviewers do not know the identity of the authors, and authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.
Evaluation Criteria: Reviewers assess the manuscript’s originality, scientific quality, methodological rigor, clarity, validity of results, and contribution to the field.
Decision Process: Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editors decide to accept the paper, request revisions, or reject it. Authors receive anonymized reviewer comments.
Final Verification: Authors must revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer feedback. Editors verify the changes prior to final acceptance.
Ethical Compliance: Any concerns related to research integrity, plagiarism, or ethical violations are evaluated according to COPE guidelines.
